Please note that our products are handcrafted items, and natural variations in color and shape may occur. These characteristics are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.

In the case of defective items or incorrect shipments, we will cover all return costs and offer a replacement or full refund.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify the courier upon delivery and take clear photos of the packaging and item. Kindly email the photos to us within 3 days of receipt so that we can initiate a replacement or refund process.
