All orders are shipped using a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service.
This means that customs duties, VAT, and brokerage fees are fully covered by us, and you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

■ Shipping Time
Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
Please note that during peak periods or holidays, additional time may be required.
■ Shipping Carrier & Tracking
We use reliable international carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, Yamato, etc.) to deliver your order.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package.
■ Delays
Please understand that unexpected delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs inspections, or other logistic factors.
We are not responsible for such delays, though we will do our best to support you if issues arise.
